After installing go here and download the applications that you need, just run the files and install them on your SD card.

A boot window will appear, with keyboard arrows select step 1 and click ok.
When you reach the partition tool, delet the biggest one (leaving the smallest where it is), and replace it with a new one (NTFS). It will take some time for the format.

Procede with installation procedure, and then when te one will restart be there, ready to push F12 again, reach the boot window and, this time, select 2. Proceed as usual.

At the last restart always use F12 and in the boot window press again 2. Complete your installation. After windows is started, you can unplug the usb pen. That's all ;)

Install EOS Utility on Acer Aspire ONE / EeePc

As you probably might know, Canon doesn't provide source install files of your camera software and you won't find them on the net.

Procedure to install Canon EOS software on a netbook pc without cd drive and with a small screen

You must use the executable cd that you've found in the camera box, copy all the content on a USB pen and then connect it to the netbook. Unfortunately canon software requires a minimun screen resolution to proceed with installation, obviously on a 9 or 10 inch screen you'll not reach this resolution. You need to connect an external screen to the vga and then, once connected, increase the resolution of the screen from the control panel. Doing this you will be able to install all canon software on your netbook.
